For “Gute Ziele” we provided the UX/UI design and CMS concept for a mobile app that aims to improve employee retention and corporate culture in large organisations. Our work comprised planning the user flows, designing a clear and user‑friendly interface, and developing a flexible content management framework that allows companies to manage news, coaching and training content independently. The result: a clean, intuitive and scalable design foundation for an app that unites teams and simplifies content management.
